Debbie Davis
Thanks for visiting my website. I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Colchester, Essex. As a neurodiverse individual, I am committed to inclusivity. I am also an animal lover, with two small dogs and two cats, who often become curious in sessions and love to meet people.
I can offer walk-and-talk therapy/Zoom/WhatsApp/or telephone sessions. As I understand that in-person sessions are not always preferable, or maybe being in a confined space is difficult.
I hope this ensures you can access the support you need, no matter your circumstances.
As a person-centred psychotherapist, I work humanistically, with my clients being the centre of my focus. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for all clients, whatever their circumstances.

If you suffer with:
Low Self-esteem, depression, anxiety, phobias, peri-menopause, menopause, loss, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia or neurodiverse-related issues then I can help you...

I invite you to discuss any adjustments needed to provide a therapeutic space in which to work for you (Such as ramps/lighting adjustments/venues).
If you need longer for a session due to a fear/phobia/or a disability, I am happy to include this in my regular price. Third parties such as dogs/interpreters/parents are welcome with client’s permission. Please ask me anything to make the therapeutic space as comfortable as possible.
