About

What to expect:

3DC4E791-36AE-4A0C-A48B-2CB2F95BF50F.heic

A free initial consultation, during which we can determine whether we can work together and discuss how you would feel most comfortable in your sessions and how you would like to receive them.

Flexibility: While clients often come once a week, I understand this may not always be possible, so I can also offer more or fewer sessions usually after our contracted 6 sessions.

  • I always provide A professional contract.

  • 50-minute sessions although this can be adjusted if needed.

  • Concessions may be discussed depending on personal circumstances.

  • Discount for blue light cardholders.

My Approach

I work pluralistically with clients. This means we collaborate so that we can find the best way to work together. This could mean you would like to be given a little direction and guidance using some tools and suggestions. However, I will never directly tell you what to do. I offer an open and safe place for you to explore your feelings in a nonjudgmental way.
